Think Smart is run by Think Smarter Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 09634793). By using the site you agree to these terms; please read them, and our privacy notice, before you start.

What the service is

Think Smart offers scenarios, feedback and a skill profile to help you explore and make informed choices about work and learning. It is guidance, not assessment: nothing here qualifies you for, or excludes you from, any job, course or programme, and no result is a promise about what suits you.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You may close your account by asking us through the contact form.

Using the site fairly

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to get into parts of it you are not given access to, copy its content in bulk or by automated means, or interfere with how it works. If you do, we may close your account or block your access.

Content

The scenarios, explanations and other content belong to Think Smart or its contributors and are for your personal use in the service. Please don't copy or republish them. Names and logos of other organisations belong to their owners.

Cost

The service is free to individuals. Nothing is sold on this site.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be, and we may change or withdraw parts of it. Links to other websites are for your information; we are not responsible for their content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
